October's Kindness Heroes
By: Natalia Velychko
Introduction: You may recognize the Kindness Heroes from the Mindfulness and Purpose Instagram; it has now transferred to the Newspaper as a brand new column! To make new students welcomed and old ones reunited, the Kindness Hero Column is a way to celebrate the generosity and kindness of the students within our school. Meet your nominated November Kindness Heroes.

- “He is always nice, helps his peers, and greets me at the door.”
- “She always helps me when I’m going through the motions and always has a positive vibe and makes me happy”
- “Afsheen is such a ray of sunshine. She’s always so friendly to everyone she sees and meets in the hallway....even teachers! And is a tremendous friend!”
- “It is his maturity and empathy that makes him kind. He not only knows when to step in and help, but he knows when to step out and give others a chance. He is approachable, understanding, and never makes you feel intimidated. He is a thinker, doer, and most importantly: a leader”
